Pulse Workshop: Principles of Manifesting

This past weekend's Pulse workshop, 'Principles of Manifesting' was a memorable experience. Fifteen incredible individuals came together as a team for 2 days as Experiential Trainer, Sheli Yerkes Gartman, facilitated a powerful training that exposed the challenges and hurdles that keep individuals from realizing their goals. Once recognized, these impediments can be over come with clarity and purpose.

Pulse Community is a new experiential training company based here in the Treasure Valley, however it's founder and core staff are anything but. Sheli has been involved in experiential training for over 16 years and just recently returned from a workshop that she facilitated in Los Angeles where she facilitated training for a group headed to South America.

We are all in this game together and I wanted to make sure you knew of the synergy that is happening here in Boise. There are so many great things going on here in the Treasure Valley: we have Ropes Courses for youth and adults, Rite of Passage journeys, TEEN Leadership Adventures and now we are bringing our cutting edge personal development seminar to town.

You may have seen the flyers on Facebook or YahooGroups, etc., for "THE FOUNDATION" advanced July 24-26th (Fri eve - Sunday) in Boise, Id at The Landing at Lake Harbor for a cost of just under $200.

The feedback we have received lately is some folks don't open the FB flyers (If you are not on Facebook, there are over 100 community members in our "Spectrum Friends" group, JOIN US!).

Forrest Melton says, "Here in the Treasure Valley, we have been blessed by Discovery, Spectrum and Impact and Landmark Education seminars, but they have all, for one reason or another, moved along.  There are still some great programs: NVC, HFQ, Focus and many more.Many of us have missed the Discovery and Spectrum communities. It’s been  6 whole years (can you even believe it!!!) since Spectrum closed its doors and a while since Discovery stopped its workshops. People have questions about all this energy that is in motion here in Boise again. But overall, people want a personal contact with a human, so here I am :)"

We intend to create something NEW!  A seminar series YES! but different.  Each time the program will be different…ALSO, we are building a community aspect to it where we can ALL share and reach out for support and to support others…


In the 90”s, I ran SAGE Seminars and now I am teaming up with Chuck Morrison and Sheli Yerkes Gartman to host a NEW type of personal development training.

As the culture, the world, and our own community shifts and changes, we can work with and cultivate some NEW strategies in experiential growth. New tools to fine tune our relationship skills, attitudes, dreams and careers such that they perform at the highest level we all desire. This workshop is for everyone, although I'm sure there grads from lots of different programs attending … will this be you?


It's great that you have done “experiential work”, but NOT mandatory to attend. This opens it up, for family, friends, co-workers, spouses who have not done a basic core personal development training.

ALSO we are having a FREE REVIEW Tuesday 14th at the same location. 6.30-8 PM (RSVP REQUIRED) at the Waterfront on State Street. Again this preview is for anyone, especially new ones to "the work" .  It will prepare them and introduce them to such things as dyads, small groups and deep sharing.
This workshop/event is a platform if we choose it..  A Foundation if you will, for much much more in the way of transformational work to come, including; Core 3 course Trainings, seminars, workshops, retreats, Teen programs, sweat lodges, recovery programs and so much more. If you cannot make it work this time, BUT you believe in the power of connected community; please pass this information along to someone you know that we don't! When sending out this note, take the time to personalize it- for your inner circle, so we can more effectively get the word out.

Really Getting Real!

Eugeboy @ Large here looking to do my part to support the Treasure Valley's newest training company. Grads and current trainees are aware that the work and some of the staff are anything but new; the training itself, though, like any living thing, has grown and adapted to it's environment. Much like an individual whose growth and success depends in part on being in the moment, the training has grown and changed to fit this moment - where we are now as a society.

Many exciting things are planned for the future including a celebration of shared past trainings and workshops. The best of all celebrations though is the present - this is happening now. Sheli and Forrest are currently conducting a 'YES! Youth Empowerment Service: Alive Leadership -Adventure Training' on The Waterfront at Lake Harbor. Coming up later in the month, Sheli is orchestrating 'THE FOUNDATION Advanced Workshop' also at the Waterfront (3250 N Lake Harbor Ln Boise, ID 83703).
